Standard terms governing online orders, prescription validation, and customer responsibilities.
1. Prescription Slip Validation
In compliance with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana, all orders containing prescription-only (Rx) medications require a valid, legible doctor's prescription slip. We reserve the right to withhold medication dispensing or cancel orders if the uploaded prescription image is missing, illegible, or deemed invalid by our on-duty pharmacist.
2. Delivery & Fulfillment Limits
We provide localized delivery to designated zones within Agona Nkwanta, Tarkwa, and neighboring Western Region suburbs. While we aim to fulfill orders as soon as possible (often within 1 hour for local orders), delivery times may vary due to traffic, clinical preparation complexity, or weather conditions. Orders are compiled and prepared only during clinical business hours.
3. Mobile Money & Cash Payments
Orders are paid via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) or Cash on Delivery/Pickup. For Mobile Money transactions, you must verify the reference code or approve the prompt on your handset. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by speaking directly with our administrative team.
